Terrible craftsmanship and poor service.

Terrible craftsmanship and poor service. Took my cellphone to them for repairs and after numerous back and forth trips (replacing LCD, charging port, camera, etc.) they settled on replacing the motherboard. This phone was only repaired to be the standby phone and was kept in the drawer for the past 18 months. When we tried to use it recently the LCD didn't want to power on. On taking it back to TT3 Port Elizabeth they charged an assessment fee, their diagnosis was that the motherboard needs to be replaced again. After querying how a motherboard can just go faulty without being used for 18 months they said that they only give a 6 month warranty on repairs. Makes you question what they really replace and repair when working on your electronic devices and if they even do replace what they say they are replacing one should question the quality of parts they replace it with and the quality of their work.
