My wife's Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 screen went blank even though we could hear that it was working by touching controls on the case.<br> Staff at Samsung Smart Care Centre in Constantia advised me that the warranty was void as I admitted to<br> opening the unit.It took more than a week for them to email me a quote of R5074.21 to replace the parts that they said I had damaged by opening the case using a credit card.<br> Searched the net and found [URL Removed] I collected the unit and took it to TT3 Repairs in Randburg,where a very helpful Techie repaired it while I waited and it cost me R200.00<br> <br> <br>
