Pathetic service from TT3 Newton Park

<p>I took my samsung note 1 to TT3 repairs in Newton park for a battery replacement. Two days later they call an tell me that they have to replace the charging jacket which I decline because there is nothing wrong with it. After I took the charger to them I except the verbal qoute for a charging cable and a new battery. Three weeks later and with 2 visits and a phone call in between my tablet was still not done and on their computer system it sill says " waiting for confirmation"</p> <p>Needless to I was very upset and took my tablet home. </p> <p>TT3's service is very poor and the counter staff is not competent at all. I will never recommend to anyone ever.</p>
