3 months and still no screen guard, that costs R500

From the 11th May 2018 till date im waiting for a screen guard from the repair centre, I sent my phone in with one and it costed me over R500 and they returned it without one. I previously complained GENE SIAS (CLAIMS TEAM LEADER) insisted i change my complaint status but isnt helping me get my screen guard, shes been copied in my emails and blatantly ignores it. Daniel Johnstone keeps telling me they waiting for stock. Amanda Johannes sent my escalation to Pamela Stone and again they just ignore me its now the 3rd month and im not been assisted. for such a small concern I need to go to the ombudsman?? IF you cannot send my screen guard you should pay for a new one, il get quotations. 24HRM ********** / 2
