TT FLOORS BY TALENT MHIKE
Good day
On 18 Feb 2025 TT Floors Talent Mhike did our epoxy floors. They messed it up and try to fix it on the 11 March 2025. The colours they used is turning yellow and started to bubble every where. I need them to refund me as soon as possible. We paid them in full with no papers. I took some pictures to keep record.
I am very disappointed in their work.
How do I go about for them to refund me.

12 May 2025, 12:40 I hired TT Flooring to install an epoxy floor at my property on 18 February 2025. Unfortunately, the floor soon developed problems, and they returned on 11 March 2025 to attempt repairs. However, since the repair, the issues have only worsened. There are now visible bubbles forming in several areas, and the section they repaired is discoloured and inconsistent with the rest of the floor. This has left the surface looking patchy and unprofessional. I expected a high-quality, durable finish, and I’m very disappointed with the poor workmanship and the ineffective repair. I have given TT Flooring a chance to correct the problem, but the result is unacceptable. I would like them to either redo the job properly at no additional cost or provide a full refund. I hope this can be resolved promptly.
