WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst service ever! I tried to make a wig installation booking with TT Hair Couture and it has honestly been a nightmare. I made the booking via WhatsApp on Monday. I requested a specific stylist at 3pm on the upcoming Thursday. After sending several messages throughout Monday and Tuesday, I was blatantly ignored. I only received confirmation of my booking on Wednesday. After making payment on Thursday morning, I was told that I had lost my slot to someone who had paid for it. NONE of this was communicated with me. The decent thing to do would be to notify me that you are giving my slot away (which I booked on Monday); the same slot that you had confirmed as booked. I was very happy to make the payment, had I received a response on Monday, I would have paid on Monday. Further, had the fact that someone else wanted my slot been communicated to me before giving the slot away, I would have paid earlier. This has been such a huge inconvenience and the worst customer service, before even rendering the actual service. I do not recommend!
