Worst experience with a service provider in my life

After a bad first experience with them, exorbitant costing and quotations after the works is completed. My trailer had a repeated fault, for which the owner took the onus and I gave them the benefit. After a 3 week delay the 1st time I had to take my trailer back the 2nd time. Delayed again, I had to pay again and incur the delays. They only found the source of the problem after our 2nd encounter and made me pay again.

There accuracy in planning is poor. And quoting after the fact is out right theft. You can't do work not get my approval and make me pay. Worst interaction that I've ever had with a service provider in my life.
