Help me to clear my name at TSPC company

Yesterday I got an sms from a company goes by the name of TSPC is dealing with simcard promotion like free data bundles when you rica to them. I don't recall applying anything that has to do with TSPC, but they're saying I should pay R100 and if I fail to do so they will block my phone network in coming 5 days.
