The street marketers are **********, a lady named Bianca came to me in Randburg in front of KFC and told me about an offer from MTN and claimed it, she then asked to check if I qualify and then proceeded to subscribe me in this so called offer she however conveniently left out the part about payment and when I brought this up she said to speak with another street marketer who is also a supervisor and they proceeded to tell me if this 199 is not paid that my sim card and phone will be blocked and my ID number will be blacklisted and added I could not sign out, they were very persistent About payment so much so they kept asking me how much I have I asked for contact details of the company they were hesitant. I am very upset as a variety of my consumer rights were infringed, namely Right to choose your product. Right to fair and honest dealing. Right to disclosure of information. Right to fair and responsible marketing. Right to accountability by suppliers. Right to fair value, good quality and safety. I urge the company to ensure that their employees comply to this act as the street marketers **********ly did not disclose the terms and conditions. This can not be considered a valid agreement
