Im looking for KHOTHATSO TSOTETSI, i went to his office in january to get my wedding dress and my 2nd dress made. At that time i was pregnant and he said he will so long make the dresses and i would go do my 1st fitting in july. I gave birth end of may and i gave him a call begining of July to go fit my dresses, he told me he needed another week. I called him again after a week he told me he was hijacked and he had to postpone my fitting,he promised to finalize my dresses the following weekend and give me a call on the sunday so i can go fit. He never called on sunday and monday i then called him on Tuesday still he was not done. I then emailed him and told him that if my dresses are not ready he has to pay me back as at that time i was 4 weeks from my wedding. Two weeks went by,He then told me he was going to refund my money as i was nagging him. He told me this 15 days before my weddings. I made peace with it and i emailed him my banking details he still hasnt refunded my money he then sent me a msg saying he only has 2k and i paid him over 47k.I decided to drive to his work place and the security guard told me that the landlord locked his shop he hasnt paid rent for 4 months

I called him and he said he would refund me by lunch time, this never happened ,i called him again and he said he needs two more hours.this guy has nlot been honest and now he is not taking my calls
