Deduction With Out Paying Out The Loan

Tsopa Loans deducted R1900 from my husband's account but the problems is he app**** online and never got any response to let him know if he qualified for a loan for nor did he sign any document to give them permission to deduct and when we try to get hold of them non of them are answering the phones or responding to the emails which I have sent them
