Worst shoe and service

I bought a pair of Tsonga boots because they advertise it for the South African womens feet. I do not even have big feet - nr5 shoe size and very normal feet. I can not get my feet into the shoes. I have complainted at 3 different stores and I just get no help. They just tell me to put wet newspaper in the shoes. I did it. I've rubbed the leather. Tried walking with the shoes, but it literally stops my bloodflow. I am not happy at all with these shoes or the after service. Will never recommend such expensive shoes to anyone. Not a happy client at all!!!
