Tsonga - zero customer service

Awful customer service. I received a pair of shoes as a gift - clearly their brand, never worn, in their original box snd packaging but incorrect size and they refuse to exchange it without a slip. I support multiple excellent small S.A businesses - Vellies, Boerboel, Ateljee, Desray. This is one I will NOT support. There is no exchange policy and you only know about it when you ask. Clearly not CPA compliant either. It’s a thumbs down from me.
