TSONGA VUTHA BOOTS SOLE CRACKED OPEN, NOT DURABLE ! BEWARE !

I bought Tsonga Vutha boots about 2 years ago. Upon wearing them last week, one of the soles cracked open, underneath and on the side. I emailed customercare@ tsonga.com, where NONNIE MBAMBO rep**** with such a lengthy email educating me on how to care for and store my boots. I'm still in awe of her REPLY. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THEM, THEY WILL COME WITH THEIR SORRY EXCUSES WHEN INFORMING THEM OF THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP!! Their products don't come cheap! They use polyutherine soles on their boots which we all know are mostly used in sports shoes, especially running shoes to absorb shockwaves whilst walking /running. Running shoes can be worn throughout the year, as it's fitting for all seasons. Tsonga.com wants you to wear their boots through summer as the polyurethane soles needs movement to retain durability. Who in their right mind... Keep in mind I have other genuine leather goods and boots, bought before these boots, still in precision state.

After responding to her email a few days ago, I'm still hanging as she did not bother to respond any further.

I DO NOT recommend them at all and it seems I am not the only one!
