Tsonga Shoes - Terrible Quality
Tsonga refuses to take responsibility for their poor quality and just send a generic response that we must have it repaired at our own expense for roughly the same amount the shoes cost in the first place. I bought 5x pairs of which 4x pairs have disintegrated so far. Tsonga shoes are the WORST QUALITY shoes I have ever had the misfortune to buy!!!

13 Jan 2022, 13:12Hi Elsie, The photos you sent of your two pairs of shoes assisted us to check our system and confirm that these two pairs were last in production in 2012 and 2013 and well outside the warranty period of 3 years, which we offer on PU soles. This period is much longer than warranties offered within the industry. Your two pairs of shoes are now 9 and 10 years old and well outside the warranty period, and for this reason our repair service was offered to you. We are sorry that you feel aggrieved and our offer to repair your boots at the repair prices is still available, should you reconsider. Thank you.
