Thsonga poor quality and faulty products along with poor customer service

My husband bought me a mocha leather thsonga backpack . I had the bag for a month then zips and clasp start giving me problems . Took the bag to Tygervalley for assessment in January 2023. It was then send to there head office for further assessment and found that the clasp was indeed faulty. I then ask then to give me replacement bags since it not my fault and they refused . The quality of there products is cheap as well as design issues . I ask for replacement bag and they said no They clearly don't care about their customers or the poor workmanship . All they care about is money 💰. I bought shoes from them as well and also found that there shoes is very poor quality as well . I will never support these greedy retailers that charge allot aff money for there products and when something goes wrong don't want to do the right thing . They only act in the best interest of themselves . Don't give a dam about the customer that paid allot of money . Don't buy from them bad quality and bad after service As well as overpriced products .
