Shoe Sole cracks and falls off

I bought 8 pairs of shoes and 6 bags from Tsonga. Just after wearing them once or twice the sole of the shoes crumble. The heels cracked and fell off as I was walking and it's very embarrassing. I don't see any value for money since their prices are also high.
