Poor quality soles on Tsonga sandals

I have four pairs of Tsonga sandals and although I found them all to be comfortable and stylish I am very disappointed in the quality of the soles. While the uppers are still perfect and show no sign of wear whatsoever, the soles of every pair of sandals have cracked and in some cased completely disintegrated. I have not had this problem with any other make of sandals of the same calibre or comparable cost and feel that it is an absolute pity that Tsonga should spoil their shoes with such poor quality soles.
