No assistance

I called Tsonga Shoes to request assistance with replacement of soles on boots I bought many years ago with their branding on it. Bella advised that she can't assist as I didn't buy it from her store though they send it away for repairs if I bought it from her. I went to several shoe repair shops to request assistance though they advised it's a specific type of sole only TRAPPERS has! Now if TRAPPERS can't assist because I didn't buy it from Bella's store does it mean I need to through a good pair of leather boots in the Dustbin??? How can the store who represent the brand not be in a position to advise where I can have my boots repaired? Please don't buy their brand from other stores as it seems they won't be able to assist you if not from Bella's store!!
