Do not buy Tsonga!

Tsonga shoes are very comfortable especially if you have ‘problem feet’. I’ve been buying their shoes for over a decade with no problems, but the last 5 pairs that I’ve purchased have all ‘crumbled’ at the edges of the soles or simply broken midway on the sole. I went back to the store and was told that Tsonga is aware of the problem as they’ve received many complaints but refuses to change the materials used…with some ludicrous explanation that only that material lining the edges of the sole will afford the comfort the shoes give…what *******! All 5 pairs of mine still look new but were slightly over a year old so had passed the one year warranty so I could not send them back to be fixed!! These particular shoes are still currently being sold at the stores. Other shoe repair places cannot do this repair because of the materials used. So, unless you’re happy with your shoes lasting for less than a year, do not buy Tsonga!
