Dissatisfied customers, poor after sales service

I am very disappointed with the response received from Tsonga pietermaritzburg branch, my sandal is in excellent condition and a piece of the sole as broken off and was told nothing can be done to replace the sole, yet they have simi**** Sandals with the same soles online for sale, but will not try and assist with replacing the sole, a sandal that costs so much and u think by purchasing leather, it will last a long time, i even requested to pay for the repair, and no luck, i referred my query to Chantal the manager and also promised a call back its been 3 weeks and no reply, all i want ia to repair my sandal that i love so much...
