Dirty shoes online purchase
I bought two pairs of Tsonga sandals on their online platform and was so excited when they arrived on Monday but unfortunately the one pair looks like it's been worn. The bottom of the shoes are dirty as if someone has worn them a couple of times. I emailed Tsonga who rep**** and asked that I send a photo which I did, however they did not come back to me after that. I will unfortunately not buy shoes from them again.

Apologies for the shoes having dirty soles, and the delayed response from the on-line store. Our offices have been closed from 21st December and re-opened yesterday, 10th January. Our on-line store co-ordinator had an extremely large number of emails to work through before being able to respond to you this morning.
