2 PAIRS LEATHER WOOL LINED BOOTS

I have 2 pairs of very expensive tsonga boots that I purchased about 4-5 years ago. I wore my boots every<br> winter since I bought them. On Wednesday 1st July 2015 I discovered that both pairs of boots were tearing away from the soles and the black pair's soles were cracking. Both pairs are still in very good condition.<br> I phoned Tsonga customer care and spoke to Xandra. Told her my story and sent the pictures to her.<br> Like Janet Schulz I received the same ridiculous reply.I paid R1 300 a pair and for Tsonga not to take responsibility is unthinkable. The boots can only be worn in winter and they will be lying there in summer unused. Can you please help?
