Frustrated and Disgusted

I've bn struggling 2 get my bail money since September there's a lady called Palesa her service is so pathetic, the other day the office was closed the whole day she left with the keys even the manager ddnt knw where she is, that court is a circuis, they took my receipt saying they will call me even 2day I'm still waiting for them...I'm wasting my petrol and airtym on top of the money thats already there, I m Not the only person going through this
