I have written an incident report to the complaints dept

I have written an incident report to the complaints dept.I have now been told my report will be sent to the Silverstar hotel, where the awful incidents took place.I was shocked by switching on the bedside lamp where the wires were exposed and insulation tape had unraveled. I suffered damage to the left side of my body and was floating like an astronaut!!!I was sent for an MRI brain scan yesterday and will need on going physio.I am a dancer and devastated not to be able to dance.May I forward my incident report to you?
