TSN KUNYE: Poor Solar energy Provider

In January 2024 we got TSN Kunye to enhance the safety of our solar installation and to increase the capacity by adding solar panels and battery. The capacity did not improve and seems to have decreased. We’ve had to call them back a number of times to fix problems. Most recently one of the 3 inverters stopped converting solar energy. When I logged the problem, I was told that the inverter was damaged and was sent a quote to remove the inverter, and a second quote to upgrade the system. I decided to get their 3rd party installers in to check what the problem was. It turns out that the fuses between the inverters and the solar panels had burnt out. The quality of the fuses were so poor or badly spec’d that the fuses had completely melted. So not only was there no problem with the inverters, but there was a real fire threat that was not identified. Instead TSN Kunye saw this as an opportunity to get more business. I’ve since been trying to get hold of the proprietor whom I had been dealing with. He has not been taking my calls or responding to my messages.
