TSM Fitted Kitchens - a real disappointment!!

A simple baby room cupboard installation turned into a nightmare situation when the business owner has left me hanging for over three weeks, hasn’t fixed one snag, or replaced the drawer fronts that he used old s**** wood for...he left all the wood offcuts and refused to remove them as it “isn’t a part of his fee”...he didnt quote me properly and has now left me to deal with a situation that is more problematic than before... I had to give his guys transport money otherwise they would have been stranded as he just didn’t collect them. Fed them lunch every day as he didn’t provide them with anything, and he was never on site to check their work. Overheard the guys fighting with him over the phone on numerous occasions. It’s just been a shocking experience from start to “finish”. It makes me sad and mad because it cost me a lot of money and I’m unhappy with the end result. The last straw was this weekend when he just didn’t bother pitching. No respect or regard for his customers and it’s upset me so much that I am walking away from it now as I’m pregnant and don’t need this in my life right now. An utter disgrace!
