Zero Professionalism for a Legal Firm

TSL Legal do not have any professionalism. I'm currently sitting with a deleted number by Vodacom due to their incompetence. I'll call out 2 employees Nthabiseng Busakwe and a Ms Jubeida who have been absolutely useless in resolving my matter. Always lies of me expecting a call back and how they are trying to resolve the matter... It's been a whole week and zero resolution.
