Poor

The service I received from this company is extremely poor, I settled my Loan with them on the 21st of September and I was told the account will be closed but up until today I’ve been making follow up wasting my airtime and still the response I get is don’t worry it will be close, I’m fed up with their promises that they don’t even fulfill. I did the same thing with another company after settling them ,but second company was up to date and even kept their promises , they were doing the very same thing this company is failing me on. I’ve been speaking to Amogelang many times but still promises promises, I’m fed up .Amogelang and Fumani knows my story.
