Pain in an #SS!

This company is so annoying and their system too. I have told them numerous times via email and telephone that My Vodacom account is settled and I've done that with Vodacom and even sent them the email attachments of my conversation with vodacom plus confirmation letter, Settlement letter and proof of payments but their busy threatening me about legal processes that are pending for an account that I've settled for more than 4 months already.
