Bad Service

I recently visited the Tsitsikama Canopy Tours, I believe the price paid for it is definitely not worth it firstly . Secondly the board stated HD video available and pictures of the zip linning , however the video only covered 4 short slides of which the price paid separately to this was a waste and the videos and pictures was R230 which was emailed to me. When emailed the video footage was not clear and nor were the pictures , prior to paying for the video I was not told it was not of the entire course.
