Linhill Flats

Tsinonis Investments run by Stephanie Beach is the Lessor for a block of flats in Linden called Linhill. My lease agreement came to an end at the end of March and I am still waiting to be paid back my full deposit. I have not received responses to my numerous emails and when trying to phone her cellphone as well a the landline number the phone just rings. My last successful phone call with her after trying for weeks was on the 12th June where I was told my deposit would be paid by that day or the following day. I have still not been paid. I would advise against anyone using this coming or renting a flat at this block of flats.
