Agent Stephanie Beach has kidnapped my deposit and is giving your company a dishonest reputation.

I rented an apartment in Linden by the name of Linhill flats with the agent Stephanie Beach. Apart from certain promises that were not fulfilled (I was told the bath would be repainted before moving in which never happened, I waited almost a month for a stove, there was a key broken in the balcony door which was never replaced) I enjoyed my stay. When I left was where the problems really started...

In accordance with the law, since I was present during the exit inspection, I was entitled to receive my deposit within 7 days of exiting. It's been nearly 3 months now and after asking for a valid reason or proof as to where my deposit has gone as well as a letter of demand sent by a legal representation, I've been met with false claims, hostility, then silence. The lawyers also picked up that she had given a false amount of interest generated by my initial deposit. After some research I discovered that this isn't the first time she has run with this tactic. I will commence with legal proceedings and intend to see this through to the end no matter how long it takes, it's not even about the money.
