TSIETSI CLINIC IS A VERY BAD CLINIC

I went to Tsietsi clinic today and I was the first person in que for family planning and now its 11h00 they haven't helped me i went inside to check the nurse only to find out she's just sitting busy with her phone while we waiting for her outside the nurses there are very rude and their service is very poor so it means if we can't afford private facilities we must suffer? The government is paying them we also pay tax to receive help and they treat us like we don't matter today its not the first day they did this always when I take my baby for check up im usually the first or the second person but they will start working at 9 while the clinic is suppose to start working at 8 after that they take very long lunches while we still waiting in que why are they even Nurses if they don't want to work with people???
