Zero service

A young man came to my house my nex door at 2am the 19th January 2019.the young man had stomache strong he could hardly walk. I hired my friend as I didn't have a car to take him to the hospital. Since 2am until now 12pm he was not attended and not him only the whole lot of patients were lying around some with stabbed wounds. And we left we no help until now.
