Waiting for results

my sister finished her ECD Level 4 and Level 5 last year with Tshwane south college , she has been waiting for her results, the college send her from pillar to post, and mind you this person needs to apply, she have been accepted by Nasfas but now she cant register because she doesn't even have a statement, this is ridiculous, Please help
