This is tiring now.
If I was you, I would consider my siblings to register with this joke institution,You are going to regreet it as if you did you complete you enrolment. The service is below poor. you never gonna get your certificate when you want. its only on their terms. Total waist of time.

12 Nov 2024, 11:54 I am deeply disappointed with the service at Tshwane Sourth College. Trying to get assistance is extremely frustrating. Calls are either ignored, or when someone finally picks up, they transfer you to another department without even explaining, and once you’re transferred, it’s like you’ve been forgotten entirely! You’re left holding the line indefinitely, and no one bothers to come back and assist. It’s incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of concern for students and callers who need help. I expected much better service from an educational institution.

How do you expect your people to offer excelent service whereelse you are always not on your desk.
The whole 30 minutes trying to reach her but apparently she steped out for a minute.a minute that turns out to be what an hour,? lunch? half day or sick leave?
How do we operate at this school actually?.do we really need to realy on social media to get attraction so that we can be assisted?. how many people suffer like this?, what does the HO say about the sirvice we are getting?.
Do they even care?
