NSFAS claim and registration data

Hi. I am a student at Tshwane South College. Started january 2019. I have been claiming for my nsfas allowance from last year and i haven't recieved it, they have told me to submit all required documents which i did but still there is no progress and its been far too long. And they did not send my registration data to NSFAS this year for my N5 registration. Can i please get help on my issue.
