Appalling service

This college and how they do things is really ****ing me off and im so disappointed. My liltle sister was doing N4 last trimester and then went to register for electrical N5 on Tuesday last week but was told to come back Thursday, she went back Thursday and was told she needs to pay R1500 because nsfas hasnt paid, fine we made payment of the amount and she went with POP on Monday only to be told she needs to pay an additional R1100 which was never disclosed the day she was told of the R1500, we try asking for arrangements but they refused. Last trimester we made payment arrangements and all of them were made on time. So they refuse to register her for N5 and today even told her the class is full after we went up and down trying to get the money old to be told this??? First of all who’s fault was it that she was told an incorrect amount by finance? Now she must sit all trimester doing nothing until next year? Paying for accommodation for her with money we dont have only for her to just sit for a whole trimester? You guys better make space for this child because this is not fair and i dont understand how you prioritise new students instead of those continuing. I am beyond angry at this point and everyone including department of education must know about this
