Tshwane Paving Projects has a history of taking money for services not delivered without returning customer's deposits. When it comes to customer refunds, Johan and Christo Jonker commit to refunding customers but never do. The small claims court recourse is long but offers a means to monetary compensation. I am pursuing this route. Take note that other dissatisfied customers report that he has thus far avoided signing for a summons (see other reviews). Furthermore, I have obtained legal advice and a ******** case is in process.
