Never Trust These Guys- *****

Mid July I paid a deposit for paving to be done with a promise to come onsite and do the work once deposit is paid, they never showed up. They apologised and promised to come throughout August by with excuse of they have a backlog they have to clear, they have to finish work in a place and they have blocked entrance where they were paving and they need to complete the work. Then another unkept promise of next week they will come. Then after not showing up it was a promise of one afternoon and they never showed up. In September I demanded the deposit back and it never came. Because I did not want to go to claims court I said money must be paid to an NGO on a Friday a week ago and the NGO did not get the money. Why does anyone take someone's money and think they will get away with it?
