Mixed bag

So. I had a mixed bag of experiences with Johan.

I paid him the deposit and we agreed on a date for him to start, when the day came he never pitched to do the work and when I tried to call him his numbers were no longer active. Only after this, I google him and found all the negative reviews of how he "****s" people.

I then proceeded to find alternative numbers for him and finally after a bit of "snooping" I was able to get a hold of him. He gave a bunch of excuses and agreed to start work that week. He never pitched and this went on for a few weeks. I asked for a refund and again he had multiple excuses to why he can't pay back my money. It took over a month for him to finally come and complete the project. But the project is done. And I was very happy with the results.

Would I recommend Tshwane Paving Projects? No I won't, the drama and stress are just not worth it and Yes the work was done well, but it was done well by his workers since they were hardly there while the physical work was done.

I can't say if he is a *********** or just a guy that is having a bad month But I tried to give him the benefit of doubt.

Please research any contractor you might get. Cheap is not always the way.
