Unprofessional school

My son registered for a course at this school early January 2024. We were told to wait for a call to hear if he was accepted or not. Till today we have not heard anything even after several follow ups. Parents and grandparents will be stuck at the gate to hear if their kids were accepted into the school and since we are not allowed into the school no one bothers to tell us anything. I recently found out that classes have started and still nothing from the school. How disappointing to see such unprofessionalism. It's fair to admit students on a first come first serve basis. This school was supposed to help the local kids, but if they are not considered then where do we go?
