Unfair treatment

The admin staff that gives out certificates are very rude, they dismiss you while you’re still trying to explain. One even told me that he’s very busy to go around looking for my certificate.

And after they take their a refund admin fee you will not get your money back even when writing them multiple emails they will ignore you. When you call them they will give you excuses with an attitude claiming that the “system is down”
