The lower the level, the Bad the service

I have app**** for my Diploma over two years ago and still even today no one is able to give me answers as to where is my Diploma. After 12 months of the department of education to finalize my Diploma i still had to wait another 5 months from the school to get it. I was told that it's lost between the courier company (SKYNET) and Tshwane north college- (SOSHANGUVE) south camps as they delivered the post on 9th of December 2017 and the school was closed then. since January 2018 i have been asking them to trace it with the courier but all i got was that they will investigate and come back to me till to date no has and their phone just rings and no answer. I am currently working far from my campus and i have taken x3 trips already to the school with no help. so my only hope now is checking through the phone which is always a no answer. I am going to miss this year's graduations due to them losing my diploma. most importantly i struggle to send application since i state that i have a diploma but no paper work to show. The department of education only provided me with the tracking number and said i should follow up with the school, the school says they use manual recording. As for the courier company they say my tracking number doesn't exist. I honestly feel i have been failed by my school and the department of education. The university and Technikon students doesn't go through the same route as the college student they organise everything for them, why cant they do the same for us. I HAVE LEARNED THAT COLLEGE IS FOR THE POOR AND TO GET YOUR PAPER WORK IN ORDER , YOU HAVE TO STRUGGLE FIRST AND UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME THIS IS THE CASE.
