Rude behavior and complete disregard for client satisfaction.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I experienced at the admissions office. I was contacted by the admissions team and asked to come and register. Upon arrival, I had all the required documents and was ready to proceed.

Unfortunately, I was dismissed by one of the admissions staff members without being assisted, and the next person was called despite me being present and prepared. This experience was extremely discouraging. Many of us come seeking education with genuine hope , we understand that offices can be busy, but respect should never be compromised. The staff member, a dark-complexioned lady whose name I could not obtain as staff were not wearing name tags, dismissed me without reviewing my documents and called the next person to be assisted
