Refuse to Refund Overpayment

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p>My son attends classes for matrice re-write.</p> <p>I understand the clause of no refund for after registration but my refund is for the overpayment i have made towards my son's fees at the school.</p> <p>I spoke to a lady several times promised that the Finance Manager will call me back the finance manager hasnt call my number to todate,and the lady who answers the phone shes always rude telling me that i will never get my refund back.</p> <p>I asked for a clause in learning institution that reads no refund for overpayments and i have not received any.</p> <p>Im told i signed to agree still also awaoiting the forms where i signed to agree for no refund on overpayment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help </p>
