National Diploma in Marketing

Good day

Am a TNC student who has app**** for her National Diploma in mid February this year. On the application forms they said it would take 3 months however I went to the campus in June and they just said it wasn't there without any explain. What confuses me more is that they said they have received diplomas from the department but they only got a few for marketing. Seems like we marketing students ain't important to them. So I gave it time and went there again today and they still didn't have any answers in what could be the delay or what could the problem be because they said it would be ready in 3 months and now it's been more than that. I mean we take our money to go and check it coz when we call they don't answer our calls and they don't wanna help us. I mean to some of us this diploma could open up doors. We are unemployed and seeking batter employment. If only they could help and give us answers. All I want is to get my diploma.
