AN EXITING STUDENT DENIED ADMISSION AND PENDING RESULTS

My nephew he is already an existing student at Tshwane North TVET college Rosslyn campus . Results for first trimester are still pending for all students but they were advised to register for second trimester without results. Ever since registration started, my nephew would go to the college everyday without any assistance, today they will tell them something, the following day is another story, mind you I am paying transport fee amounting of R 60.00 everyday. On Wednesday 22/05/2019 Mr. Vilakazi informed him and other students that enrolment is closed. They were given tickect and my nephew was number 10, he instructed them to come back on Thursday 22/05/2019 he can allow them to register 2 or 3 modules. The following day he changed his tune telling all the student to leave and come back September 2019. My nephew immediately approached Mr. Hadebe for assistance but he chased him out of the office telling him that there is nothing he can do. All those things happened in front of the Campus manager Mr. Masithi who was also in Mr. Hadebe' office. My nephew tried to speak to the campus manager Mr. Masithi who also dismissed his complaint by telling him to come back September. My nephew did not receive results ( campus' fault), Mr. Masithi and his staff denied him admission. Which college will we approach this time and without results. Mr. Masithi and his staff are so heartless, inconsiderate, unprofessional. How can you deny an existing student admission on top of that results are still pending. Mr Masithi, Mr Vilakazi and Mr Hadebe must reopen a system for my nephew to register or we will meet in court
