Skinner clinic

It's a government clinic-(Skinner clinic) sisters are very rude. Filling not up to date, everytime when coming to the clinic I have to open a new file, some sisters get irritated when asking questions as a patient. Some people are told to came back the next day for medication because they already closed, whether you are in pain or not, they don't care.Please help.
